At KorSoft s.r.o. we work with sensitive corporate systems too, so we take data security seriously – not just on paper.
Compliance with EU legislation
Personal data processing fully complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection.
Security in IT services
As a technology company we operate on the principles of Privacy by Design and Privacy by Default:
- Encryption: All communication with our systems uses encrypted protocols (TLS/SSL).
- Data minimization: We retain only what is needed for the system or for our cooperation with you.
- Team confidentiality: Our developers and IT specialists are bound by confidentiality and security rules – your data is safe.
Incident reporting
In the unlikely event of a personal data security breach, we will inform you and the Slovak Data Protection Authority without undue delay – at the latest within 72 hours, where required.
